How do you do Mr Jay?

…up in the maple tree,

Shaking your throat with such bursts of glee,

How did you happen to be so blue?

Did you steal a bit of the lake for your crest,

And fasten blue violets into your vest?”

Inspired by the time I saw my first blue jay in Switzerland. A flash of blues skimmed past my eyes on morning and there he was.

Proud with those blues and that little indigo black fluffy necklace.
